At Newhue Artistry, we value your time and commitment. Please be aware of our cancellation policy: Any cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will incur a ₦5,000 fee. Newhue Artistry no show policy

At Newhue Artistry, we value your time and ours. In the event of a no-show—failure to arrive for a scheduled appointment without prior notice—we kindly enforce our no-show policy. Clients who fail to attend their appointments without cancellation notice may be subject to a fee of your initial deposit. We understand unforeseen circumstances may arise, so please communicate any changes to your appointment. Newhue Artistry lateness policy

To ensure a seamless experience for all our clients, we kindly request punctuality. If you anticipate being late for your appointment at Newhue Artistry please notify us as soon as possible, you are subjected to a fee of one thousand naira (₦1,000) every 10 minutes after the 15 minutes window if you notify us of your possible lateness before your appointment time. However, please note that arriving more than 35 minutes late may result in a shortened service or rescheduling, out of respect for the next scheduled client. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining the quality and timeliness of our services at Newhue Artistry.
